Are the achievements pretty easy? If i rented the game could I possibly get over 800 in the game?

If you are good then yes, they are mostly either time or skill. Some are pretty hard thoug like all Milestones and Win 6 Ranked in a row!

is skate worth it. I like staking games but not that much i think tony hawk put me off skateboarding games.

Complete opposite from Tony's. Skate is more of a realistic take on skateboarding, with a very innovation control scheme.
