How many people do you have on your friends list?

Well I have 96, most of them I play with but I'm going to delete some of them to make room for some new halo 3 friends. LOL

I have 53 friends right now. I only keep friends on my friends list that i have actually gotten to know quite well. Like a couple of my friends the first thing they do when they go on live is send me a chat invite just to chat.
I like to keep my friends list open as well.

I think Microsoft should give us the option to purchase more friend slots. Like 20 more for 800 microsoft points. I think that would be awesome. So you're not really limited.

Thats where the sad problem comes in. I'm not getting the game until Saturday, because I live two hours out of Edmonton and thats the closest spot so i'm stuck. But on Sunday I'll gladly play. I guess I'm the token one guy who gets the game late huh?

Not really, you can have well over one hundred contacts.
You just add there email as a MSN contact, rather than to your xbl friends list.

no thats just for msn, its not xbox live friends. I cant use MSN on 360 yet I have 101.
