Does anyone know of a good proxy site that will work on a school network. My school blocks sites like youtube and facebook. These sites will work if you use a proxy site but the sad part is that many proxy sites are blocked. So any help would be appreciated

You can try using a usb key with portable firefox this probably bypasses the whole system thus you can go to any site.

and I do this how????
BTW it isnt a program that blocks the sites. Its blocked at the ISP. There is no blocking program on my comp if that clears things up at all

youhide, browser9, zend2, auditmypc, kproxy, proxyniche, guardster, anonymizer, megaproxy, i think i remember using those before they were proxy detected. Theres also key loggers, but you have to make sure you plant them in the right folders. you can do that by software, or usb link, but i doubt you want something of yours left in a pc overnight in plain sight.

Those would all work if they werent classified as anonymous proxy by your school. So youll have to find one that acts like a search engine, but uses the same mechanics as proxy, if you kinda get what im saying. =p

Gandhi i go to the same school system as you do, so yes it does work. You install firefox into the usb very simple, and then put the usb in the school computer open firefox. Though it might not work 100% usb is still very useful thing. Theres also google explorer, safari, and opera

its not on school computers. Its on my personal laptop. Im in a techy school where a lot of the kids have their own laptop. So when im connected to the school wi-fi network it blocks many sites (ironically it doesnt block RUL)
and BTW I use firefox already, its not on a usb though its installed into my comp
