Map Maker?

I was told there's a map editor in Halo 3, Is there? :confused:
If there is one how is it?

This is a big concern for me wanting to get Halo 3, No or crappy map maker then I'll probally not buy it.

No it doesn't make maps, it modifies them. You cant change geometry.

Dude it's fun as hell even if you can't adjust how the map looks.

Basically you can adjust the spawn points and locations of weapons, upgrades, and vehicles.
