Forum suggestion...

I just joined (from the contest :)), but one part of this site that puts me off a little bit, is the mass amounts of different forums.

Different forums can be good - If you have a large enough number of people that will actually use them.
All console forums (wii, ps3, handhelds, original xbox) other than the 360 and PC are dead

Nobody can deny that.


I understand that I am extremely new... this is my 3rd post... and saying that, I don't have much of an "opinion"

You have 29 different forums, this should be cut down

I could go into how it could be organized - but I'm sure I've already come off as a dick as it is

I haven't looked around too much and I haven't seen a screenshot forum so that might be a good idea, and if you already have it well then good job.

If you're talking about Halo 3 screenshots, there is a Halo 3 Files section inside the Halo 3 forum.

Heres a suggestion, you know how from the main forums page you click on a link and then it brings you to a set of links in which you can click on. Well I think that once you click on the final link, you ahould be able to have some other button to bring you back to the page in which you got that link from, you shouldn't have to press the back button or go back to the main forums page, just throwing that out there, great site though.

The community really hasn't had the chance to develop a strong, PS3 and wii community yet. ;) Thus making those sections less updated.

Now, all the off-topic fourms, that's just another mess.

I know I don't really have seniority compared to the other new joiners, I've barely posted here since I joined, but...

I've always wondered why the original Xbox and Xbox 360 just can't be merged into one general Xbox forum. Out of the three "current gen" sections, it just feels out of place. Same goes with the PSP and DS, though they're handhelds, they're more related to their console counterparts (PS3 and Wii) than each other because they come from their own respective companies. Why not group them under a Nintendo, or Sony, section?
