Bad - I have a laptop that won't boot into windows, help!

Good - I have a Dell Inspiron 8600 with a 1.5GHz Pentium M, 256mb ram, 32mb GeForce FX Go5200 video and Windows XP Home that won't boot. I recently upgraded the video drivers from the default ones that came with the laptop to ones I downloaded off of the nVidia website.

Hmm, wont boot to windows you say? What brand of Hard drive is in it and do you have a external drive case? Sounds like the MBR might of gotten thrashed. I'm gonna need more info on the problem before I can go any further.
