Alright, you've changed your wallpaper, but now what? That XP Luna just doesn't go with it very well, how about changing the look of the Windows GUI? Not a problem, we can do that too. For this, you'll want to check out Windowblinds. There are other programs out there to do this, but I whole-heartedly recommend Windowblinds. It doesn't require you to hack your system and has so many features and options that other programs just don't have.

so basically just go to google search up windows xp themes or "*insert name* windows xp theme" download it and use any of the programs (windows blinds and Style XP highly recommended) and just open it thorough one of the programs and hit apply.....takes 10 seconds and you get a fancy new theme
i know this TuT is rushed but i will tweak it up if the interest level spreads

i believe i didnt say download all the programs did I?....i said only download what you want and i have style xp and Windows blinds and my computer is not slower then it was before.....it works perfectly fine.....:D maybe you need more RAM?
