Project64k is a free, easy-to-use program that can emulate any singleplayer or multiplayer Nintendo 64 game. Playing games using this program is extremely simple. I will show you how to do so in this tutorial:

1: Download WinRAR (http://www.rarlab.com/download.htm) if you don't have it. Simply click one of the top links (depending on if you have a 32 bit or 64 bit processor; If you don't know which kind you have, you most likely have a 32 bit). Note: This is the 40 day trial, but what they don't want you to know is that this trial lasts forever :D.

1: Make a new folder anywhere, preferably on your desktop, and name it something along the lines of "Project64".

2: Go to this (http://pj64k.emulation64.com/) website and click on "Project64k 0.13". This will download PJ64k, simply open the file in WinRAR and click "Extract to", then navigate to the folder you created for PJ64.

3: Download a ROM of any N64 game of your choosing. Here (http://www.coolrom.com/roms/n64/a/) is a huge list of ROMs that will most likely have the game your looking for, but if it doesn't, just google around for it.

4: Save that ROM in the folder that you created earlier.

5: Open up PJ64k and click File>Open ROM, then navigate to the ROM you just downloaded.

6: Double click on that game and you should be playing it! To play multiplayer games, launch Project 64k (NOT just Project64), click File>Start Net Play, then find a good server close to you. GodWeapon hosts great servers with little lag, here is the IP for one of their most popular servers:
69.90.34.38:27888 Then you are free to either host a game or join somebody else's. If you wish to join somebody's game, though, you must have the ROM of the game they are hosting. If you need any help just post here.

You're probably saying to yourself: "Bu+ c00k3h I HaZz no N6$ CuN+r0lAR D4T I c4N hEWK uP tW0 MaH PEE CEEEE WtF!11". Well, this is true, so what you need to do is click Options>Configure controller plugin. There, you can bind the keys on your keyboard as if they were buttons on an N64 controller. But, if you are willing to spend about $15-$30 on something similar to this (http://www.raphnet-tech.com/products/gc_n64_usb_adapters/index.php), you can use a controller to play these emulated games. The wired XBox 360 controller works too, so does the wireless one if you have the reciever for it.

Now: If you are going to be playing any Super Smash Bros., you must play me, I am on the GodWeapon server that I listed most of the time, and my name there is "ieatdurcookie".

Now, it's 5:30am and I'm going to sleep.

God dommit greenie, fix the Edit>Go advanced option, editing the title doesn't register, somebody fix that plz.

I remember doing this two years ago with a few of my friends. I think some of them still do it. Just look for "Boomy", "Xarrin", "Sylferian" or "Syrup" and maybe you'll find them. ;)

Make sure you get a good server, or you will have a tremendous amount of lag, and it will be no fun, as you usually end up dying for no reason because you can't see wtf is going on half the time.
