Does anyone know how to set up an account on Zune.net in Canada? I want to use the marketplace.

I've tried... at the moment, we can't in Canada (I'm told sometime this year though... so, we'll see).

It doesn't allow you to download the marketplace? Trust me Legend, if you had a ipod touch you wouldn't. I thought the same thing until I got a touch. The zune is better than Ipod video but not the touch. Plus the zune is very complicated to set up and all the music you buy off itunes doesn't work

ipod touch is not worth the price of a PS3....especially if you only get 8GB or 16GB...

yeah, 300 for 8GB...you get ALOT more on the Zune for 200...and its 400 (price of PS3 wich id get over the ipod anyday) for the 16GB touch....over priced for such a useless technology...wow, I can touch my music and pictures! I have a DS for touching...and it cost 130.

Yea, but have you ever used one? You can access internet and youtube. It is like a mini laptop. Yea you can connect to internet on PSP, but you can't watch videos that you haven't downloaded. The movies on there have a great picture quality too. If you are into pictures the slideshows, and cover flow are great. There are stop watches for runners and world clocks so I can see what time it is for my sis in london.

I know everyone that has one loves it and if you use something a lot and have a great time with it, it shouldn't matter the price. IMO it is a good deal, the money isn't just because you can touch it that just makes it more interesting. 100 dollars more for the latest technology, coolest new gadget(as voted for by IGN and many other sites/magazines) and amazing entertainment for travel and downtime is worth it to me

while the touch does a lot of stuff, the Zune is easier to use and does what it is meant to do, play music, podcasts, show pictures, and play videos, and it does it extremely well. I think the Zune is way better than any Ipod out there.

L3gEnD...I work with them, so yes, I know what they can do (and ive used one before they came out). And in my personal opinion, searching the web and watching YouTube Videos is a gimmick...some may fall for it, but the actual technology (the whole touch thing) is overpriced, and needs to be lowered. Think long and hard about this...16GB for $400 dollars....I dont care what other things it does (ive seen them all done before, and in some ways better). You can pick up an iPod Classic 160GB for half that price...If you enjoy it, then in the end its worth it im sure...but how many of you bought them yourselfs? Would you go plop close to $450 dollars on first gen new technology with absolutely no room (again, 16GB is nothing...especially when you add video to the picture). In my personal opinion, Apple is ripping everyone off...but hey, just an opinion, right?
