Since my internet was down all weekend, and I had nothing better to do, I made a bunch of random stuff in Photoshop. I was trying to do things I usually didn't do, I think.

I had a render of those bead things, then changed some of the colors, and contrast and stuff.

:D. Yeah, I already knew how to use it, but I really like what it can do for a picture.

The monkey one blows me away! Is that a render? The others are pretty good, but you REALLY have to be careful with B&E, if you overuse it it can ruin a good piece. If you enjoy my constructive criticism stuff you should talk to me on msn, I'll show you whatever you want to know, within my own skill range ofc.

The monkey one was a render, but I changed a lot of the color and stuff on it. I can post up the original pic so you can see what it originally looked like, if you want?

Yeah, if you wouldn't mind, it's always good to see what people start with.

Photobucket is doing site maintenance so I can't just put a IMG code in. Here's a link right to the render. http://planetrenders.net/renders/displayimage.php?album=search&cat=0&pos=31

This may just be me but I really don't like any of those ones involving text (well I like the Monkey one, not the text but it's better than the other three), "Uni" seems just thrown in, something to keep in mind. ;)
I like how you kinda made the monkey's suit look like stone though (or at least it looks like that to me). :)

I just put UNi into them just because I was just messing around with renders and effects. I just wanted more of a space holder and have some sort of consistency between those pieces.

I like abstract. You can make anything that is completely random, call it abstract and all of a sudden it's amazing. That's what I did in art class for awhile :D.
