I have not played any of the other games because I have no clue what they are about. But, I will probobly try this one since there is so much hype on it!

If you plan on playing the 4th before the other 3, Id wiki the plots...this game is for the hardcore (not really mainstream)...the games are also out of order (another reason you should play the other 3)....they go DMC3, DMC1, DMC4, DMC2...

Nope! Its too confusing. I can barely understand single player stories when theyre in order, even if there is only one in the series! :P

I probably wont care about the story. I'll get it if theres a demo I like.

Shock! Half the fun is the amazing story that Capcom has been building up for almost 6 years! Thats the problem with the gaming world these days...no one appreciates a good story...thank god we still have games like Mass Effect wich are completely story driven...just for kicks, im going to list some characters from DMC4 to see if anyone can tell me who they are....

And dont get me wrong...games can obviously be purchased solely for gameplay...it just sucks that no one on this site appreciates other aspects of gaming...like a good story...Ill stick to the official Xbox Forums for future debates...its alot easier
