I have recently tooken the time and revised the way i think the forums should look take a look here - http://img534.imageshack.us/img534/5128/betterlooking.png of course there would be premium forum in there also

So you vote new forum setup or old one

I like the old version, it has a distinct look to it. It's what makes ReadyUpLive itself!

No offense but it looks like the same thing with a different color scheme, it looks like a generic web forum. RUL has a look and color scheme better imo, than a lot of other forums.

We used to have it like that. You're talking about the categories with sub categories right? I honestly don't know why green changed it.

i was talking to green on msn about that he said and i quote " i felt insulted" yea thats his opinion and i agree i would feel insulted as well if i were him i think rul looks amazing right now i would only desire change if something new dynamic and better were to be thought of.

I like how looks now, its not generic, and dosen't hurt the eyes. While still looking really good.

RUL is on vBulletin which costs $200 a year. phpbb is free and doesn't have many of the glorious features vBulletin has.

im not talking about that i just made a quick forum to show how i would set it up, i also use vbulletin, and why not buy a liceanse, then its a 200 one time payment

I like the sub-categeries...
Makes it seem more organized :)

Also, hes not talking about the colour scheme or anything...just the organization layout

Ohhhh Ok then I like it too then. I would switch the categories around a bit but other than that its good

We don't have enough forums to warrant more categories. Having categories further spaces out sections and that's really not something we need.

It used to be like that. And while to the members it seemed to work well, I can see the bigger picture.

yeah i just always like stuff a little organized haha, but its all good :)
