View Full Version : Recover E-mail adress?

I bought my 360 and filled out all the information required and it all went smooth, but about a month later, something weird was happening to my AOL e-mail address so I simply deleted it and made a new one... big mistake. Halo 3 comes out and I make an account on Bungie.net and try to link my gamertag... but, I deleted my old e-mail address so I can't log into my Windows Live ID! I really want to download all the gametypes and maps too!

Go to account management from your Xbox 360 dashboard. In that menu, there will be an option to change your email. Change to the new one you want to use, and that should allow you to link your GT and download things from Bungie.net.

In order to change it from there I need to give the password for my old e-mail which is non-existant because I deleted it.

Wow....That sucks same thing happened to a friend of mine, he ended up making a new account.
You could contact microsoft they could probably help you

ya i hate how everyone that works there sounds like a mexican and barely knows english
but hey i've been lucky a couple times and got a person that knows proper english
the trick is to keep calling :P

Haha! Stupid Microsoft support. I talked to one guy about a headset problem and he kept trying to convince me that I was wupposed to be plugging it directly into the Xbox...

HAHAHA OMG HAHAHAH!

I judt had a huge laugh attack at this one. I was crying and all! Plus, I am sick so it started to hurt! :P
