Welcome to another lovely RUL Friday Update!
A few things to address in this FU.
Due to the wild success of the latest Randomtage, we got a wave a new users. All of whom are totally awesome people. I'd like to give a shoutout to neur0tk for being extremely selfless and donating a good sum to help the site. So thanks again! Due to this surge of new users, the longtime member Harflin was promoted to Moderator, and he's doing a great job. So be sure to welcome him to the team!
RUL will undergo a major-ish upgrade soon. The site will look the same, but will have quite a few tweaks. The frontpage will be drastically different, as well as the look of threads and user information. Stay tuned for that. ETA: ...eventually. Hopefully in the next few months.
You like teh tshirts? Me too! Pretty soon there will be a cool new way to help support RUL. Limited Edition Tshirts. I will make around 30 Tshirts designed by me to be super sexy and REEEALLLY comfortable. Think something you'd actually want to wear all the time. They will be awesome. I'm designing them for me, so that I know everyone else would enjoy them. How it will work is first come first served. The first 30 people to purchase the shirts will get them. So you will have to act fast. If it goes well, I will do more shirts throughout the year in the same fashion. Stay tuned for news about that.
RUL hit 117k in Alexa! That's just nuts! It doesn't show signs of stopping. Fingers crossed for getting under 100k!
