FINALLY!

Here's the article. (http://www.mlgpro.com/content/page/307160/Mad-Catz-Signs-Agreement-with-MLG-to-Collaborate-on-Premium-Controllers-and-Fight-Sticks)

Here's the original thread from the MLG forums. (http://www.mlgpro.com/forum/showthread.php?t=316846)

Now kids that go to the combines without the correct controllers can simply purchase "premium" MLG brand controllers at the event. This is so kick ass! Finally, controllers made for competitive gaming! - halo mainly ;) -

Hi guys, I'm MarkMan from Mad Catz.

I'll be spearheading a lot of the stuff on the Mad Catz end. If you want to see my legit card. See here *holds it up*

I look forward to meeting a lot of you guys at future events.

Also. We're not the same Mad Catz from back in the day.

Everyone that has a negative feeling about this, I respect that. The Street Fighter community/Fighting game community felt the same way when they heard we were working on the SFIV projects. Now our products our used by the best players all over the world.

Yeah and they still do. They suck lol.

But maybe MLG will set them straight.

Maybe it'll be something to go with Astros.

Hmm... I'm skeptical, at best. So much for leveling the playing field. Why don't they just let everyone use programmable controllers and call it good? But, with that being said, I'm willing to be pleasantly surprised. I'll hold final judgment of opinion until I get my hands on whatever they're cookin.

With Zolner on this, I've always been skeptical and not very impressed by Mad Catz.

A new controller really won't improve your game. A person can do just as good with a standard one.

If i had a nickel for every mad catz product my family ever bought me, i could probably buy something that works.

I had a mad catz controller for my ps3... it was absolutely terrible... the feel was not what I expected and did not fit comfortably in my hands...
