Server shut down - Status/question

So this is in general because is about ready up live in general...

Anyway, isn't Ready Up Live hosted on 1&1 hosting? If it is, isn't the host in fault for devices malfunctioning? So I'm just wondering why Greenskull has to pay money for things that he cant control when the hosting company should be doing that....


(My legal sense of sueing is tingling ;P)


Anyway anything above this is void if Greenskull hosts his own site now... (god knows he probably could)


Anyway does anyone know a list of what was lost besides User accts, Pictures, posts, and the blue people? *you know Jawwi and that other people*

First off you posted this in 360 general. There is a readyuplive discussion forum.

1and1 hosts the domain. Godaddy hosts the server. They gave me a discount on stuff, but waht is costing money is I'm upgrading my plan to ensure this doesn't happen again.
