Since today's a pretty cool day, I've decided to hold a surprise contest. Any RUL member can enter (member number < 5564), and anyone can win. (If you're reading this and you're currently not a member of RUL, I suggest you join ASAP, as future contests can appear at any time for any reason!)

There are going to be two prizes, because I'm feeling extra generous, but the numbers are far enough apart that any member can only win one of the prizes (so choose wisely!). In the off chance that there's a tie, I'll talk with the members involved and come up with a way to determine a winner.
The prizes are:
1600 MS Points
12 Months of Xbox LIVE Gold Membership

Here's how to enter:
Pick one number between 1 and 1000 (make sure it's an integer. any decimals will be truncated), and post your guess below. You may guess only once, you may not pick a number that has already been posted in the thread, and you MAY NOT edit your post after you make your guess. All edited posts and any multiple post will automatically disqualify you from the contest. As soon as I post this thread, I am taking a screenshot of a notepad with a random number (http://www.random.org/) for the 1600 MS Points and another random number for the year of Xbox LIVE Gold Membership. At the end of the day, midnight 2/4/2011 EST, I will post the screenshot of the winning numbers. The screenshot will serve as proof of when the numbers were picked so that this contest is conducted without bias or favoritism of any kind and will allow ALL members to enter, even staff.
After a winner for each prize is determined, the respective codes will be sent via PM at my convenience. ;)
(I purchased the 12-Month Gold Membership in the States, but have yet to secure the 1600 MS Points as I know they are region-specific.)
