PS3 Community like this?

I loved this community while I was here... but my xbox is out of commission permanently since then... so I stopped coming...

I was wondering if there is a PSN forum like this, as my PS3 is still fully functional... everyone seems pretty cool and would like to meet up in game sometime... just not on xbox unfortunately :/

I know a few people here have PS3's (including me), but I don't really play online much.

You may be able to find people to play with on the official Playstation forums, but other than I don't really know.

There are a bunch of people here who have a PS3, and I imagine they'll let you know who they are when they come across this thread. I think the majority of our discussions here are related to Xbox simply due to LIVE and the vastly superior (purposefully melodramatic, don't take offense) online experiences offered.

I'm not sure of any active Playstation communities on the web that are worth mentioning, but you can find plenty of niche communities that are game-specific.

I hope some of the guys here that have a PS3 speak up and you find someone fun to game with online and maybe you'll stick around. I always thought RUL needed a better representation of the PS3 community and added a bit more console diversity, so I hope you stick around for the friendships and add your insight of all things PS3 :D You never know, you could become our resident PS3 guru!

A little diverstiy hey. I've been playing the Metroid Prime games recently, the remake for Wii version. I am sucker however for anything on an Nintendo handheld though.

I would like to add that, yes, RuL is highly Xbox oriented you should not be murdered for liking the PS3.
Just like RuL is highly Halo oriented you won't be murdered for liking Bad Company 2

Need to buy a new PS3, old one is going to become a Linux computer. XD

I have a PS3 (Starizy) but, I dont get on much since it's my brother's. I felt the same way when all I did was play PS3. RUL tries to keep it diverse but, in all honesty it's a Xbox 360 based site. I can't really tell you any sites because none have a good community. I recommend taking Zolner's advice and become the PS3 Guru. It would help out a lot :D.

Hell I should be getting a PS3 either end of this month or next month due to my Blu-Ray Player taking a fecal matter dump on me. Would be nice to be able to see my Blu-Rays again.

So if youre still kicking around when I pick up the PS3, youre welcome to throw me an invite.

As of now I really don't think a PS3 section is needed.
The other consoles section is working finely right now. If there was a large surge of activity that looks consistent and is entirely about PS3 exclusive items then a PS3 section might be made.

Just cause this is an X-Box forum doesn't mean you can't stay here, if you loved the community and the people you can still stick around, plus a few members, like myself, own a PS3 as well.

If you want some online time on the PS3, I got MAG Killzone 2 Uncharted 2, and gonna get Killzone 3 so hit me up. Tag is the same on LIVE and PSN
