Lucky. And you are right, those were the good old days. I saw them in Santa Rosa back on 2001 or 2002. He wore a stuffed full backpack throughout the entire show. I have no idea why, it looked uncomfortable.

never encountered the backpack, but there was tambourine wielding. Aaron knocked some girl out with it. pretty damn hilarious!

haha. Yeah now that you mention the tambourine I kinda remember it. Im not sure if I saw it or heard about it though.

it was a hoot! Aaron ended up giving her one of EVERY piece of merch they had, and then hung out with her the rest of the day. probably made her LIFE. :D

If you like the swing style they are going for in the first two songs posted, I suggest a band like Murder By Death instead.

The lead singer of Mewithoutyou has a voice that is quite terrible imho.

Yeah I like Murder by Death. But you know how there are a few bands or songs that you absolutly love because they remind you of those "good ole days"? Thats mewithoutYou to me.

PS I love Aaron Weiss' style and voice. And few can compare to his song writing ability.

The songs are great, it is just something about his singing voice in a lot of his songs. It is like his voice cracks or something that bugs the hell out of me.
