Alright everyone...lets get this started!

If you made it into the beta, please discuss in this thread your current impressions of the game (keeping in mind that its in beta form).

Since it just started this morning, the servers are stressed...so it took about 5-10 minutes to join a game (its server based in the beta). Once I got into one, it was literally lag free! The map I tried first was oasis...a large desert littered with all the vehicles that will be avaliable in the full version (for us to test out). Since the game is exclusive to consoles, it was built from the ground up and so far its looking (and playing) pretty damn amazing. I had some issues with the default control scheme, but I easily corrected their mistakes.

The battles are fast and diverse. I love the game so far and I cant wait to get off work so that I can spend some more time with it!

great game but lots of bugs which is understandable.I dont know how to join a friends game which is bothering me! Gameplay is just like B2:MC! just with more of everything and better graphics. When this comes out, it could be game of the year for 2009.

I couldn't get into a match after half an hour so I gave up, but I'm probably going to go play right now. Also is there only 2 maps in the Beta?

I hate it. Seems too much like COD4. I prefer the old Battlefields: mainly vehicle combat.

I dont really like it either. It may be that I havent played it enough.

I really liked Battlefield: Modern Combat, so I LOVE the beta! Definitely getting the full version. I pretty much pwn on every round, usually average 300 or 400 points per round.

...and for those who hated the beta, I'd just like to say that you completely wasted a key which someone else who loves the Battlefield series would've really enjoyed. Some of you don't realize that, that's why I pointed it out...

should have took hippos or green...they dont even play the beta
