Playoffs!

As most of you know, NHL playoffs started yesterday. I just wanted to see who everybody picked for winners. I think that the winner of the Colorado-Minnesota series will beat San Jose then Anahiem to make it to the Finals. In the East, I have the Habs playing the Caps after the Caps beat the penguins (AO>Crosby:cool:). I think that this might be the year of the Canadians.

I think everybody expects the sens to lose, they have been struggling alot lately and the pens are doing pretty good. That's hard to admit because I am a sens fan. But I am also a pens/caps/oil fan!:P

Agreed. The oilers deserved repect playing with most of their major players out with injuries. (291 man games lost!:O!) It really helped out the young players show their potential. Watch out next year for the Oil!

Obviously you don't live in Alberta, where you are practically forced from birth to choose a city to support. It's either Edmonton or Calgary, for football, hockey, you name it. That's why I don't like Calgary. I guess I'm just an Edmonton supporter.:cool:

I you lived here you'd know wy we pick sides. It was kinda awkward living in Red Der for a year, during the time Edmonton was beating Detroit, cuz walking around the mall were people dressed in either a edmonton or calgary jersey. I thought somebody was gunna get jumped!:P

Ya, Alberta is absolutely intense when it comes to hockey...Calgary and Edmonton have the biggest rivalry out of all teams (No joke)...if you so much as step outside your house with any sort of Flames gear in Edmonton, you wount remember how you woke up in the hospital 9 odd months later...and I wish I were joking...when Edmonton won a little while back, you could here people celebrating all across the city all night...you couldnt sleep...it was nuts! Police were all over trying to calm the entire city down.

Makes sense, that's probably what'll happen, but that veteran quality the Wings have kinda scares me. Not to mention Datsuyc(sp?) and Zetterburg.
