Haven't gotten them yet, and heard mixed reviews.

Ya, Avalanche is definately the best, maybe even in all of Halo 3.

Ye, I bought them today.

The only one I find to have a Halo feel is Avalanche. Ghost Town seems like something out of Gears of War, and Blackout feels very busy.

But, then again I've only ran through them.

Just ran through Avalanche and blackout and they are good. Haven't tried Ghost Town yet. I totally had the wrong map in mind for blackout, I thought lockout was a different halo map (can't remember the name thou), but it is sweet.

Also, when did they add those cool color chaging orbs in Forge, they are sweet.

the filters will completely F up all photography shots, it doesnt take skill to make them anymore. But about me, I got suspended and while I was grounded my brother spent my MS points.

the maps are all pretty good, Avalanche is the best though

I will say that these maps are probably my favorite set on halo 3. They are for the most part balanced and work out pretty well. I would advise buying them if you generally enjoy halo 3 =P
