Microsoft just updated the official Gears of War site (http://gearsofwar.com/gearsofwarcom/index.html)with this picture:

If you look on one of the tags, it reads 033-116-117-126-071. If you convert that sequence of numbers (using an ASCII Table) it gives you:

ESC NOV 9 :O

Could it mean “Escape November 9”? Is it the release date of GOW2? What do you guys think?

Gears of War is probably my favorite game for xbox 360. Needless to say I am excited.

Yeah my fav as well despite that it's one of the worst host advantage games. I could write a book on how many glitches that are in that game.

I just don't find it enjoyable. And it looks like the skill gap is pretty small just from my experience with it. I went to a Lan center a few months ago and played a guy 1v1 (this was my first time playing gears) and he was supposed to be like the best guy there. And I owned him. So yea.. GoW is lame lol.

Not everyone likes everything. But trust me there's a big experience gap. Not at lan parties. I know that. Just join a player match then a ranked match and you'll see a difference.

I don't lie thank you :) And he probably wasn't the best there. But people were saying he was. Maybe I just got lucky though. But I don't lie. Please don't assume, it makes you look bad.

Umm, I think he was kidding. I don't think a party with your friends could have anything to do with the difficulty online either. I have seen some really good players.

yea it was an amazing game, i pretty much knew it was going to come out somewheres between the 9 and the 11 cause im pretty sure the 9th is emergence day and thats when the first game launched
