One of the questions we've been hearing here at E3 is how existing themes you've bought from Xbox LIVE Marketplace will work with the new Xbox experience. The design team sent over this mock up (http://flickr.com/photos/gamerscore/sets/72157606201203702/) to give you an idea of how it's going to work.

Ya, but there is only 1 of the 4 pictures being shown. I want a 75% refund!

I think the themes look better on the new dashboard than the old dashboard. You could actually see the theme better without all the text on the blades.

You will be refunded for ALL your purchased themes and gamerpics. No official word directly from Microsoft, but the 1UP guys here got this information from the Microsoft E3 party:

OMG YES NOW I CAN STOP COMPLAINING SWEET JESUS that was my concern now i will stop complaining about the avatars to yay i think that you should choose whether its refunded or not and never once did i see a choose theme part on the dash

There is no refunding. Major Nelson has stated that Gamerpics will still work also.
