Well, actually it looks like I have to change that back. It appears it charges for immediate edits, but not later ones, it opened a loophole to have it not charge. As such my piece of advice seems to be that you should try waiting just a tiny bit of time after posting to edit (say 15 seconds). It looks like nearly immediate ones charge. Silly points system... If I come up with a another fix I'll let you know. If you get charged for an edit just let me know and I'll reimburse you. Don't try to make a false claim however, I know what's up.

The only sad thing of this is, for me to get more points, I'll have to post in a lot topics and it'll seem like I'm desperate for attention.
