GRD Dolls, what do they do and what happens when you find all 7?

I got my copy of Halo CEA on nov. 15th and I went into the new Multiplayer maps and found all 7 of the GRD Doll "Easter eggs" and after finding all, nothing happened to my Halo Reach: The Armory, I DID NOT unlock the new GRD Helmet for my multiplayer spartan. What i believe is that 343 Industries is doing what Bungie did with the popular Halo 3 Recon Armor Variant, and I now believe that only 343 Industries Employees can have this helmet, similar to how Bungie has the Flaming chest plate and the "used to be" employee only Recon Armor Variant.

Well they are being pretty tight-lipped about it. I firmly believe there is SOMETHING about the GRD dolls. Only time will tell...

An avatar prop would be pretty cool, if we don't hear anymore about the GRD helmet being available in the future, then we know that 343 is trolling with us. Then again they already are trolling with us by showing us a screenshot of it, then making dolls out of them without releasing the helmet during the whole time.
