Grilled Cheese

In Delay of Game (Another community site that I frequent) a joke inside a topic turned into an event in which several members (Myself included) will be making Grilled Cheese Sandwiches on the First of February and documenting it and what-not. Some people are convinced there is a competitive element but that doesn't matter.

I've heard some nice twists that the Delay of Game community will be planning for their entires and I was wondering if anyone here would like to toss out some of their preferred twists for Grilled Cheese Sandwiches. It can be added sauce or some type of meat, doesn't matter. My current plan is to go Cheese, Ham, Bacon and Onions but I might take ideas from you.

Oh and I will also post my documentation of the sandwich making here as well.

*Ketchup is eaten with grilled cheese because that's what Canadians do.
*Bacon is a must. Everything else is cherry on top.
*Have ranch dressing with your ketchup.
*30% bread 20% cheese 50% butter
And then you will be unhealthy like me.

I wouldn't know, never played TF2 on PC or looked at the Heavy's sandwich

I'm not the biggest fan of Ranch. I will be using Ketchup as something to dip the sandwich with, it weirds me out when it's warm. I don't think I'll be adding butter, I was thinking about it but then decided against it.
