Hey there. I'm trying to procrastinate on updating a few sites so I figured I'd spend a few minutes making a post here.
Both of these videos were originally released on March 11, 2007, posted in separate threads simultaneously, so I figured I'd do the same here (but with both in a single thread, obviously).
Sky Cats 2:
(Halo 2 Multiplayer Warthog Launching)
Another release from Project: Remastered. Sky Cats 2 (original released: 3/11/2007) was one of the easiest videos to do a re-edit of, as the original video was already fairly short, the content was already cut down, and I had access to the original file. The only thing cut from the original video was the opening launch, which didn't really fit the video. The rest of it was merely cutting down the time spent on each individual clip.
There's two parts near the end of the video with some weird artifacts, but it doesn't seem to hurt anything as it's fairly mild.
Hopefully it turned out alright. Let me know what you think.
Thanks!
Epiplexis:
(Halo 2 Multiplayer Tricks and Glitches)
There's a lot that could be said (and has been, check the YT description if you feel like reading far to much about a 2.5 minute video) about this video, but I'll try to make it as short as possible:
The original 'Epiplexis' was 30 minutes long, with about 4 minutes of watchable footage. The new version is 2.5 minutes long, with hopefully somewhere around 2.5 minutes of watchable footage. This makes it the biggest undertaking of "Project: Remastered" thus far.
So...there's that. Let me know what you think, or you can yell at me and tell me to never post again if that's how you feel. I'll probably ignore it, but you can do so anyways.
Also, if anyone has any questions, or wants to know anything about tricking, let me know.

BONUS WORDS:
Do you mean that it stopped and there's no tricking in H3 and Reach, or just no tricking in Reach?
Either way, this makes me sad; not because of what you said, which is wrong (and I'll be glad to give you a few examples, if you wish), but because Halo tricking still exists (though admittedly much less than during the 06 peak, or even during the H3 peak in 08), it just seems that everyone who isn't doing the tricking just one day decided at once that it was dead, and stopped paying attention.
I feel like everything just lined up and fell into place at the perfectly wrong time for the Halo tricking community, with the sudden lack of interest by anyone else (which in turn makes us not very eager to make videos, not because we're view whores (which, some people are, don't get me wrong), but we've already seen all of our own tricks, and if no one else is going to see them, there's not much point in us putting together a video), and the collapse of a 'home' for the community with HIH shutting down.
Anyways, to keep myself from rambling and becoming annoying, I'm going to cut myself off there. If anyone would like to discuss this further, or just inquire about something, I'll be sure to respond. Otherwise, feel free to ignore this.
Thanks for taking the time to check out this thread (and the videos, if you watched)!
Sorry for the long post.

I miss it
